La Luz de Jesus Press does NOT accept returns or exchange except if the item that you ordered arrived damaged, defective, or is incorrect.

If this is the case:

What You Do

Contact us within 7 days of receipt of your package.
You can call us at: (323) 666-7667 during business hours,
or email us at sales@soapplant.com.

Give us the following information:

  • Your name
  • The name of the person who placed the order (if it wasn’t you)
  • Your order number
  • The item that you’re calling about (and its item number, if you have it) and what’s wrong with it
  • An email address where we can contact you.

What We Do

After we get your information, we will:

  • Email you a form to print out, fill out, and include with your return.
  • Issue you a Return Authorization number
  • Email you a return label if the item is defective or incorrect. (If you are exchanging something, the shipping costs are your responsibility.)

When We Receive Your Items

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund immediately. (Please note: If the item arrived in a damaged shipping box, please keep the box. We’ll want to make a claim with the shipping company, and they may want to see the box.)

Important Things To Keep In Mind

  • You must contact us BEFORE shipping items back to us. Items returned that don’t include a Return Authorization Number or a return form will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  • In the event that all of your items are not in stock, partial shipment will be made.
  • We must be notified within 7 days of you receiving your package, or we will not accept returns.
  • Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
  • All returns/exchanges must be resolved within 1 month of your order.
